Course Description




Delopmental guidance to enhance learning and social interaction in the classroom; group theories and techniques in group guidance; decision making; problem solving; conflict resolution in groups; and fostering of creativity.

Upon completion of the course, participants should be able to:

  • State the principles and concepts of group guidance;
  • Explain the influences of group dynamics on:
  1. interpersonal relationships
  2. communication process
  3. leadership process
  4. learning process
  5. decision making process
  6. problem solving process
